Oh, Jeez

Ok, Mineta came out with a statement demonizing Ms Spears and her driving antics. In his statement he unveiled a new initiative to enhance booster seat usage to a tune of 25 million dollars.
1. I applaud children in the correct restraint system because it good, children should not have to suffer because adults are really bad drivers.
2. Why should that take 25 million dollars ??????? Make it a law and make sure anyone who wants to renew a license or registers a car or registers to vote knows about the new law (now, in NC, that is only probably 50% of the adults but it is a start - everyone in NC seems to drive without a license or registration and less than 50% vote). Would this process cost 25 million dollars? Really, what is the cost of putting xeroxed signs up in DMVs?
3. Baby Spears is 4 months old, he will need a booster seat in 2 years. Let's hope the freak of his mother doesn't kill him by then.
4. Instead on Mineta 'chiding' Ms Spears, why doesn't he have her ARRESTED since there is proof it occured and it was very illegal.
